What motivated you to create Teach-At-Home? Two reasons. First, we could find no centralized, professionally maintained, frequently updated source for the varied types of information that homeschooling families needed. Secondly, the growth of the homeschooling movement in the United States meant that there was an ever-growing need for a web site of this type. 6. How is Teach-At-Home financially supported? Teach-At-Home, Inc., is a registered for-profit Florida Corporation. We accept paid advertising from reputable businesses that serve the homeschooling community. Do businesses have to pay to be listed in your index? No. Being listed in our index is completely free. If you are interested in listing your business, or one that you know of, click here. 8. I suggested a web site to be listed in your index, and I have not seen it there. What happened? Teach-At-Home reviews each and every submission and solely reserves the final decision whether to list the link in our index or not. We do not accept any links that are of an offensive nature, sites critical of any race, religion or national origin or those advocating violence. We do not list links that in our judgment are inappropriate for children, regardless of the intent of the author, or content of the web site. 9. Is Teach-At-Home affiliated with any specific political, religious or ethnic group? No. We serve the entire homeschooling community, regardless of color, creed or national origin.
