| Choose a regular place to study everyday. Make sure it is reasonably quiet, has enough light and a clean, flat surface to work on. | ![]() |

Turn off the TV and don't' talk on the phone while studying. Ask family members to help by keeping voices low. If you must, go to a library. | ![]() |

Gather the study tools you need. If you can't find everything you need, ask for help, especially if you need time on a computer. |

| Your Family can help you learn to study. Ask for help and hints about organizing your assignments and for feedback on your completed work. Ask to go to the library for additional resources. | ![]() |

Everyone has troubles sometimes. Ask your parents to help you work it out. Are the assignments too hard or too easy? Do you not understand the instructions? Do you have trouble concentrating or finishing homework? Think of these things, then try again. |
