1. The free web site offer to homeschooling groups is provided by Teach-At-Home and Digital Republic, hereafter referred to as the Sponsors. Homeschooling groups accepting this offer are hereafter referred to as the Customer.

2. This service is intended for non-profit homeschooling groups and organizations only. Any other use is prohibited.

3. This free web site is intended solely for non-commercial use. It may not be used to sell merchandise or services.

4. The Sponsors may in their complete and sole discretion refuse the use of any web site that they deem inappropriate. The Sponsors do not accept web sites that are of an offensive nature, from hate groups or are critical of any race, religion, person or national origin or those advocating violence. The Sponsors do not accept web sites that in their judgment are inappropriate for children, regardless of the nature of the content or intent of the author.

5. This service is intended to aid homeschooling organizations, groups and clubs serve their members, and to further homeschooling in general. This service may not be used as a platform to further political, social, personal or religious agendas. The Sponsors shall have sole and total discretion to determine if The Customer's web site is an appropriate use of this service, and may refuse, remove or temporarily disable it without any notification.

6. The Sponsors may terminate this arrangement at any time and for any reason without prior notification.

7. Due to the inherent instability of the Internet, The Sponsors will not be responsible for any damage or loss, including special, incidental, or consequential or subsequent direct or indirect damages or loss resulting from any direct or indirect network outages or web server downtime.

8. The Customer represents and warrants that the web site complies with The Sponsors's web site standards and that it holds the necessary rights to permit the use of any material posted on its web site for the purpose of this Agreement; and that the use, reproduction, distribution, or transmission of the web page content will not violate any criminal laws or any rights of any third parties, including, but not limited to, such violations as infringement or misappropriation of any copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, music, image, or other proprietary or property right, false advertising, unfair competition, defamation, invasion of privacy or rights of celebrity, violation of any anti-discrimination law or regulation, or any other right of any person or entity.

9. The Sponsors may at their discretion, take The Customer's web site down or completely remove it from their servers if they determine that the web site does not meet their web site standards, which The Sponsors shall have sole and total discretion to define.

10. The Customer assumes total responsibility for any consequences, including damage or loss, special, incidental, or consequential or subsequent direct or indirect damages or loss resulting from the content they post.
